Description: This exhibit shows the surgical repair on a newborn baby that presents a posterior subluxation of humeral head with internal rotation of the scapula and glenoid dysplasia. The procedure include: Muscultendinous lengthening of pectoralis major, partial release of subscapularis, tendon transfer of latissimus dorsi and teres major to the greater tuberosity.
