Surgical Fixation of Right Femur and Fibula Fractures
This stock medical exhibit features a right leg with the bones and post-operative hardware visible beneath the skin. An intramedullary rod and compression screws are in place, fixing the intertrochanteric facture, midshaft fractures, and oblique distal intra-articular fracture of the femur and the comminuted fracture of the distal fibula. There are also insets showing actual x-ray interpretations of these fractures.
