This exhibit shows extensive injuries to the shoulder including: Tears of (the rotator cuff) supraspinatus and infraspinatus muscle tendon at its attachment site, tendinosis of the subscapularis tendon, superior migration of the humeral head making contact with the acromion, the anterior and posterior labrum are frayed and there is shredding of the long head of biceps tendon within the joint capsule.
