A series of images illustrate the post-accident skeletal condition of the knee to highlight the comminuted fracture of the tibial plateau, the condition of the knee following the initial surgical procedure that resulted in a non-union with motion at the fracture site, the condition of the knee following the second attempt at surgical repair and finally the condition of the knee following the total knee replacement procedure.
