Description: The injury depicted here consist of fracture of the radial head and fracture of the coronoid process and elbow dislocation. A prosthesis is used to replace the radial head and the coronoid bone fragment is fixated using wire. The torn medial and collateral ligaments are repaired with suture anchors. A subsequent surgery was needed due to extreme scarring, elbow joint contracture and problem with the radial head prosthesis. A capsulectomy is performed, the radial head is replaced with a prosthesis with a longer stem and all the suture anchors are also replaced.
