Description: This series of illustrations depicts a blunt injury to the thoracic aorta which is 20 mm from the left subclavian artery. This is repaired using a cTAG graft. The cTAG graft is inserted into the femoral artery and advanced into the aorta using a stiff wire until it is positioned just distal to the left subclavian artery. The cTAG graft is deployed covering the injury. A balloon catheter is used to shape the endograft within the aorta.
