Necrotic Left Heel Ulcer with Surgical Debridement and Skin Grafting

ID: exh70085c
This exhibit begins with one exterior view of the left foot illustrating the necrotic heel ulcer that developed in this region. Next, two images have been created to illustrate the Versajet debridement and the placement of the VAC dressing. Next, two additional images are included illustrating the skin graft closure of the wound. Finally, one additional image is created to illustrate the subsequent condition. This image is based on an actual MRI and clearly reveals the recurrence of the heel wound, as well as the rupture of the Achilles tendon.
