Description: This poster exhibit depicts a depressed fracture of the lateral tibial plateau, Schatzker II. Two surgical procedures are performed in this case, with arthroscopy the cartilage and meniscus are debrided, and through a lateral open incision a plate is affixed to the tibia with screws. Grafton crunch allograft is used to fill the bone defect.
