Superior displacement of the clavicle, rotator cuff tear (supraspinatus muscle tendon) with impingement of the rotator cuff, near complete tear of the long head of biceps tendon and anterior labral tear. This series of illustrations depict an arthroscopic surgical repair where the labral tear is debrided and tenotomy is performed. This is followed by an open surgery where the following procedures are performed: tenodeses, acromioplasty, bursectomy, suture repair of rotator cuff tear and reconstruction of the acromioclavicular joint.
