Description: Among the left shoulder injuries depicted are: Complete tear of the rotator cuff (crescent shape), thick subacromial bursa, partial tear of the anterior labrum and fraying of the posterior labrum. The labral tear and fraying are debrided. The bursa is resected and the rotator cuff is repaired with 3 anchors and sutures. The subacromial space is decompressed by resecting the acromial prominence and releasing the coracoacromial ligament.
