L4-L5 Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression and Fusion Surgery
This series of illustrations depicts a proposed surgery to repair a broad disc bulge at L4-L5. The surgery would be performed through one small incision where a deep expander tube type retractor is placed and partial laminectomy, foraminotomies and discectomies will be performed bilaterally at this level; also spacers will be inserted within L4-L5 interspace and hardware placed over L4 and L5.
