This stock medical exhibit depicts one large upper body portrait showing the brain transparently beneath the skin with a red glow to symbolize the closed head injury and the damage to the brain tissue. A cross sectional view of the brain is included to illustrate the injuries of the head in greater detail. This shows a subarachnoid hemorrhage in the interhemispheric fissure as well as the interpeduncular cistern. An axial view of the brain is included to show the encephalomalacia of the left frontal region as well as the soft tissue swelling of the right temporoparietal region and the subarachnoid hemorrhage in both the left and right sylvian fissures.
