Description: This is a series of illustrations begins depicting a complete fracture dislocation of the thoracic spine at the T11-T12 level, ligament disruption, disc herniation of the T11-12 into the spinal canal, dural lacerations and partial transection of the spinal cord all at this level. To better get an understanding of whats seen in the radiographic films and see the magnitude of the injury, a 3D figure of the T11 and T12 are shown to illustrate the anterolisthesis of T11 over T12, the bilateral jumped facets and fracture of the left superior facet and superior aspect of the pedicle.
