Excision of Left Schwannoma with Injury to the Brachial Plexus
This exhibit depicts the reconstruction of the superior trunk after being injured during a previous surgical procedure. The sural nerve is dissected from the leg, and cable grafts are sutured into the defect in an attempt to restore C5 and C6 innervations to the arm.
