Description: This exhibit depicts obstruction of upper and lower canaliculi of the right eye due to prior scar tissue formation from a prior eye injury. An osteotomy is performed over the lacrimal bone, Crawford tubes are placed into the canaliculi and the distal ends are clamped at the ala and allowed to hang freely in the nasopharynx.
