Correct vs. Incorrect Placement of Trocar
This exhibit consist of two main images in which the first image depicts correct wayrnof insertion of the 12 mm laparoscopic trocar (Visiport Plus) through the abdominal wall and into the abdominal cavity (the abdomen is uninsufflated) with the instrument in an angle to prevent any serious injury; followed by a second image that shows the incorrect insertion of the trocar causing injury to a main vessel.
