Injuries depicted in this series include: Fracture of left transverse process of C7, Fracture of superior articulating facet which extends to the pedicle and vertebral body, spur complex at C5-6 and C6-7, also fractures of superior endplates from T2 down to T5. Vertebral bone fusion surgery performed at three levels: C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7.
