This stock medical exhibit depicts a posterior skeletal view of the lumbar spine illustrating fractures of the L4 and L5 transverse processes, as well as a fracture through the left S1 neural foramen. Also, one sagittal (side cut-away) view of the cervical spine is included to illustrate the subsequent condition. This image shows the evidence of a previous fusion at C5-6, as well as the disc bulge at the C6-7 level. An inset view of an actual MRI scan is also included.
